Delivery & Returns
Here’s a quick summary of how our products will find their way to your door:
All orders over £15 - free Standard Post.
For all orders under £15, the following tariff applies (depending on how quick you want your goodies):
- Standard Post - UK 2nd Class Post - £2.95 (This takes between 2 to 3 days). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages when using this option.
- Express Post - UK 1st class - £3.95 (1-2 days).
If you live in a land far, far away, don’t worry, you can still make your statement with Beautyuk*. It does cost slightly more as the carrier pigeons need more food for long journeys.
- Mainland Europe - £11.95.
- Outside Europe – £19.95.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders received on Fridays after 2pm will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will always do our best to get orders out on time and sometimes this will be earlier than stated, however, on occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay for which we apologise.
If for some reason you haven’t received your order and the date when it should have been received has passed, maybe give it a day or two in case the postman got lost, then email email@example.com and we will do our best to locate your order.
Unfortunately due to the nature of cosmetics we cannot accept returns on the majority of products for hygienic reasons. However, if the goods you received were faulty when they arrived and you have not opened them, please return to us at the address shown below within 7 days of delivery and we will consider a refund once we have had a chance to look at the product.
